Membership Process

Guidelines for filling up the form

  • Before filling up the form, go through it carefully.
  • Read the membership policy* and check your eligibility.
  • Registration fees is as follows:

Annual Subscription for NGOs:
NGOs Registered with National Trust - Rs.500/-
NGOs REGISTERED UNDER THE Societies Act and/or any Local Act - Rs.1,000/-
Non Registered groups, who are not registered under the Society Act and/or any Local Act - Rs.1,000/-

Annual Subscription for Individual Member:
Individual Entrepreneur with disability - Rs.500/-
Individual Entrepreneur employing people with disability - Rs.1,000/-,

Any other Individual:
Life Member - Rs.15,000/-, Ordinary Member - Rs.1,000/-

Fees shall be paid in the form of Demand Draft in favor of “ARUNIM” payable at New Delhi

  • Fill up the Registration Application Form* online and take the print out of preview and send it with the signature of head & seal of the organization  to ARUNIM along with the following documents:

a) Demand Draft of registration fees
b) Filled up >Inventory sheet*
c) Certificate of Registration/ Incorporation under any relevant Act like Societies Registration Act. 
d) Memorandum of Association (MOA), if have
e) Annual Report  of last three years
f) Brochure / Catalog
g) Business plan of product or services presently engaged in with samples & pictures of products / activities

  • Approval of Membership and its renewal to eligible applicants shall be at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors whose decision shall be final. The Board of Directors may even refuse membership to any eligible applicant on assigning grounds.
  • Please also note that there is no separate provision for re-registration. So even in case of re-registration, fresh application with full details and registration fees has to be submitted for Registration.
